This eclectic mixed-used urban redevelopment project sits on a high-traffic corner lot in the historic Near Southside neighborhood. Situated next to a popular brewery, luxury apartments, and the Fort Worth Medical District, the updated 1950s-era building includes a mix of retail and office space, as well as Fort Worth’s inaugural cidery location.

710 South Main’s two-story brick façade was rejuvenated with a striking geometric wraparound mural while its inner spaces received a down-to-earth rustic-industrial makeover. The building’s new format caters to work and play with its fully customizable layouts, accommodating kitchens and coworking spaces alike. Cornerstone Projects Group carefully coordinated this special project’s development, providing the ingenious architectural design and the construction oversight to revive this classic piece of Fort Worth.
