This luxury development is curated to include retail, apartments, condominiums, townhomes, offices, and hotels. The development is anchored by a village green space where patrons and residents will gather for respite and entertainment. 

The Pradera development will be built on the west side of the Dallas North Tollway extension at Prosper Trail. The project is a development of Fort Worth-based Cornerstone Projects Group and Orion Real Estate Capital of Frisco.
